Adam Long is The Ethical CEO – the strategist behind high impact businesses. Adam has founded multiple businesses, including ThunderLabs (Australia’s most purpose-led cloud computing consultancy) and Conscious Step (the sock brand that has raised more than $1 million for charity). He’s also led Step Change (marketing strategy firm) and Smarter Drafter (AI for the legal sector). When not building businesses, Adam can be found advising on strategy for the likes of Humanitix, the Equality Institute and Commonwealth Bank, or speaking at events like the World Economic Forum.

Liz Moore is an analytics and data professional who specialises in the use of data to drive business outcomes and customer/audience experience. In late 2021 she joined the ABC as Head of Audience Insights and Data – where she leads a team of amazing data and insights professionals who support the Corporation to make audience centric data driven decisions.
Liz is passionate about building teams of super smart, highly engaged people who effectively and efficiently combine disparate data sources to deliver insights, to drive tangible business outcomes. Prior to joining the ABC she worked for Telstra in a variety of senior analytics and insights roles including running the functions of customer & product analytics, market research, competitive intelligence, CMO Capability and Platforms and established an enterprise wide reporting capability in Telstra’s Bangalore offices.
