  1. Program Commitment

Participants commit to actively engaging in the Program for its full duration, including attending scheduled meetings, responding to communications in a timely manner, and demonstrating a willingness to learn and share knowledge.

  1. Eligibility & Participation

The Program is designed for marketing professionals seeking guidance in their careers (mentees) and experienced industry professionals willing to provide mentorship (mentors). AMI reserves the right to assess applications and match participants based on availability and alignment of goals.

  1. Confidentiality & Professional Conduct

All discussions and shared information between mentors and mentees should be treated as confidential. Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully, adhering to AMI’s Code of Professional Conduct. Any inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the Program.

  1. Program Facilitation & Support

AMI provides resources and guidance to facilitate mentorship connections but does not guarantee specific outcomes. Mentors and mentees are responsible for managing their own meeting schedules and engagement levels.

  1. Withdrawals & Refunds

If a mentee wishes to withdraw from the Program, they must submit a request in writing (e-mail training@ami.org.au)  to AMI. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be assessed at AMI’s discretion, based on:

  • The reason for withdrawal
  • The stage of the Program at the time of the request
  • Any costs already incurred by AMI
  1. Changes & Termination

AMI reserves the right to amend Program details, including duration and format, at its discretion. If AMI determines that a participant is not engaging appropriately or violating Program terms, their participation may be terminated without refund.

  1. Limitation of Liability

AMI is not responsible for the actions, advice, or outcomes resulting from mentor-mentee interactions. Participants acknowledge that mentorship is a professional development opportunity and not a substitute for formal career, legal, or financial advice.
