Snapchat, Miu Miu expand partnerships with new Bitmoji fashion collection

Snapchat has released a new chapter of its luxury Bitmoji looks in collaboration with Italian fashion house Miu Miu. The latest release features iconic handbags, styles, and accessories from Miu Miu, including items from the L’Été collection such as the Wander or Arcadie bags, slingback pumps, clog sandals, and Regard glasses.
In less than six months, Snapchatters have tried on Miu Miu garments for their Bitmoji avatars over 11 million times. During the same period, the Miu Miu garments have garnered over 3 billion impressions within Bitmoji’s Fashion Marketplace. The top three performing garments from Miu Miu for Bitmoji include the chino miniskirt With embroidered logo, the cardigan in cashmere, and the wool knit polo shirt.
The styles are crafted to bring Miu Miu’s signature aesthetic into the digital realm, allowing Snapchatters to incorporate Miu Miu bags, accessories, or styles into their Snap Profile, Lenses, Snap Map, or Stickers. This new drop highlights Bitmoji as a strategic platform for luxury fashion houses aiming to engage with a younger, fashion-savvy audience.
To unlock these looks for Bitmoji, users have the option to purchase items using Apple Pay or Google Pay. Over 2.7 billion Bitmoji avatars have been created on Snapchat, offering fashion brands a unique avenue to express their vision and reach a global audience.
