Caroline Bonpain switches snacks for sustainable packaging, joins BioPak as marketing director

BioPak has recruited former The Arnott’s Group marketing director for ecommerce, digital, media and CX transformation, Caroline Bonpain, as its new marketing director.
Bonpain will take on a global marketing director role, responsible for all facets of marketing across UK, ANZ, Hong Kong, Singapore.
“I chose the role and brand as its in a fast growing industry, the business is in strong growth and on a personal note, I’ve always wanted to work in the business for purpose space. I’m passionate about sustainability,” Bonpain told Mi3.
Fot the last four years, Bonpain has been at The Arnott’s Group as marketing director responsible for ecommerce, digital, media and CX transformation. During this time, she noted ecommerce has more than doubled as a percentage of total revenue, Tim Tams have become the number one FMCG brand on social, and there’s been +236% growth in in-house social and PR impact.
Prior to this, Bonpain had a short stint as marketing director for Brown-Forman. She’s also held senior marketing roles across De’Longhi Group, Dyson and Coca-Cola South Pacific, plus brand manager positions with Coca-Cola, Nestle and Kimberly-Clark in the UK.
