Qantas Frequent Flyers jumps into bed with Adairs loyalty program

Qantas Frequent Flyer has announced a new retail partnership with Adairs, enabling members of Adairs’ Linen Lovers program to earn Qantas Points on their purchases.
Members of the Linen Lovers program, which has been in place since 1995 and is reported to boast more than one million members, can now earn one Qantas Point for every dollar spent at Adairs.
Qantas Loyalty CEO Andrew Glance said, “This partnership with Adairs is another significant milestone in Qantas Frequent Flyer’s expansion to iconic Australian retailers to offer our members more opportunities to earn on the ground.
“Over the past five years, the number of points members have earned through retailers has doubled, and we anticipate this figure to double again by 2030, as we expand our footprint across a growing range of retail categories,” he added.
Adairs Retail Group CEO Elle Roseby, said, “As the ultimate home style destination, we’re proud to offer our Linen Lovers members a truly premium benefit: the ability to earn Qantas Points on every purchase. It’s a bold step forward in rewarding customer loyalty with meaningful value, elevating the everyday shopping experience with a new layer of lifestyle rewards.”

The deal applies to transactions made both in-store and online. Adairs operates 170 locations across Australia and New Zealand, providing ample opportunity for members to take advantage of this new benefit.
To earn points, customers are required to scan their Qantas Frequent Flyer digital card during in-store purchases or enter their details online at checkout.
