Toyota Go portal hits 100,000 registrations in under a year

Toyota Australia’s online customer portal, Toyota Go, has hit 100,000 user registrations in less than a year since its launch, the auto company said.
The portal, which was introduced in September 2024, offers users secure access to a range of vehicle and ownership information, as well as rewards and discounts.
Toyota Go has recently introduced new features aimed at enhancing user convenience including an Instant Valuation feature, which provides an estimated valuation for vehicles aged between two and ten years. This valuation remains valid for a period of 12 days. Additionally, users have the ability to access Toyota Australia’s network of Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles and can add these to a Wishlist.
The portal is not exclusive to current Toyota owners, allowing a broader audience to benefit from its offerings. Users can enjoy perks such as a 4-cent per litre fuel discount at participating Ampol service stations, as well as discounts on select movie tickets and JB Hi-Fi items. The platform also facilitates easy service bookings.
Toyota Australia indicated plans to further develop the Toyota Go experience. “Toyota Australia will continue to improve and refine the Toyota Go experience for customers with new features, greater functionality and added personalisation to encourage further users to experience the benefits of Toyota Go,” the company said in a statement.
