Virgin Australia wins Roy Morgan trusted brand award for third year

Virgin Australia has been named the ‘Most Trusted Travel & Tourism Brand’ in the 2025 Roy Morgan Trusted Brand Awards, marking the third consecutive year the airline has received the accolade.

The awards, conducted by market research firm Roy Morgan, are based on extensive research involving thousands of Australians to identify brands with high consumer trust across various industries.

Libby Minogue, Virgin Australia’s Chief Marketing Officer said, “We are incredibly grateful to be recognised as Australia’s Most Trusted Travel & Tourism Brand again in 2025.”

She added, “This recognition reflects the trust our guests place in us every day, and it’s something we’ll never take for granted.”

Virgin Australia’s recognition is attributed, says Roy Morgan, to its commitment to customer service, transparency, and reliability.

The airline employs 8,000 team members who contribute to its service delivery. Minogue acknowledged their efforts, saying, “This award also recognises our 8,000 team members who work tirelessly to deliver the service our guests deserve and can count on every time they fly with Virgin Australia.”

Roy Morgan, based in Melbourne, conducts annual surveys to track brand trust across multiple industries.
